Discover incredible scenery, visit and shop the studios of one-of-a-kind artists, and indulge your taste buds as you pedal your way through the Haliburton Highlands. Bonnie View Inn is pleased to offer these unique fully supported cycling tours. You may choose from three different Pedal Your Arts tours.
TOUR du VILLAGE~~Discover the world of art in HaliburtonVillage. This 10km bicycle tour explores a variety of studios and visual attractions including the Haliburton Sculpture Forest. Anyone who can ride a bike can do this tour. This is a full but relaxed day punctuated by good company, delightful artisans, and outstanding food.
GEARS for GUILFORD~~Stately white pines, scenic shorelines, and awesome artists are features of this 35km bicycle tour that explores the West Guilford and Carnarvon areas. You will chat with the artist, see demonstrations of their work and feast upon a tasty lunch at the local museum.
ROLLING HILLS of HARBURN~~This 65km tour will take you on a breathtaking (literally!) adventure along scenic and hilly Harburn Road. We'll stop at local studios to shop and talk, dine at the Rhubarb Restaurant, visit Moon Shadows Estate, Haliburton's only winery and explore natural and cultural features along the way. This tour is for experienced cyclists.
Should you decide to purchase some original art, these tours will be accompanied by a support vehicle to transport any purchases back to your accommodation or car.
