GENERAL WINTER INFORMATION & FAQ  🙂

*Free WIFI—there are three bell internet boxes onsite with boosters.  You will be given the passwords on check in. 

*Daily Housekeeping—Annalise & her team will make sure your room is ready on arrival and touches it up daily.  You can ask at the desk if you need anything during your stay.

*Accommodations all have – Satellite TV, DVD & movies in the lobby to choose from, Bar Fridge, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Iron & Ironing Board, Shampoo & Soap, Hairdryer, Glasses/Mugs.  There are no phones in our rooms; we are in a great cell service area.

*There are 3 BBQ’s on site you can borrow.  Let us know in advance if you will need them so we can make sure propane full and place it as close as possible to your room.

*The LOBBY has a microwave you can come in and use. An  Ice machine, cabinet with candy-chips-miscellaneous items and a Pepsi fridge. ($)

*WOOD for the accommodations with fireplaces is provided.  There is wood, kindling and paper left in the wood box at the door.  If you need more during your stay it is accessible to grab from the wood shed.  If you would like it delivered we need to know in the morning to organize delivery.  There are firelogs for sale at the front desk for $6 each. 

*We want you to have a GREAT STAY!!  There is always someone on-site if you need help during or after the desk hours.  Your check in sheet will have the information to contact us.  We want you to leave wanting to come back and excited to tell your friends to come see us.  So during your stay we encourage you to let Andrea or the desk know if you have any questions, concerns or maintenance needs.  If you are unhappy in any way to give us the chance by letting us know so we can do our best to take care of it right away.  Your check in sheet will have Andrea’s personal cell to insure you can always get help.

*PRE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:  A $200 pre payment per room is required for a Summer 2019 booking.  As is the policy with most seasonal resort hotels, guests who leave before the confirmed departure date are responsible for the full payment of their original booking, should the room remain unsold.  Pre payments will be refunded if the request is made 21 days in advance of the arrival date, less a $50 administration fee.  If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, you will be charged for entire stay booked.   On departure, final payment can be made by credit, debit or cash.

*ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO 10% HOTEL AMENITY CHARGE then 13% HST; GRATUITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

*IF the ONLINE BOOKING company say we are full…they are a third company booking agency; and may not have all of our rooms types listed!!  Please contact us, we may have other rooms open!!!  We do not have direct online booking.

*IF you have a special day coming inquire about the great WEDDING & GROUP packages we offer!! IF you are booking with a wedding that we are hosting, the rates are different and rooms are held.  Please call and specify the wedding you are booking with!!  ((Group bookings rooms will NOT be available to book online..you need to contact us.))

*Babysitters are available with previous notice & their individual cost ($)

*During our slow season we can be FELIXIBLE with some needed rules!

*Weekends and summer rates have a two-night minimum: holiday weekends have a three-night minimum.

*Our lake has a noise bylaw.  No fireworks and screaming, loud music & excessive noise down after 11:00 PM or it is a $1000 fine.

*PETS:  We enjoy pets, but unfortunately we cannot accept them.  For information on boarding your pet nearby, please contact our reservations department.  There are three family pets on the property.  They can be seen or not seen; they can be kept in the house if you arrive & would rather they not be around. 🙂  Lincoln is the family cockapoo, Jazz is the house cat and Daisy is the mascot potbelly pig.

*NON-SMOKING POLICY:  Indoor spaces in the main lodge are non-smoking.  All of our accommodations are also non-smoking.  Please help us to keep non-smoking rooms smoke-free.  If you do decide to smoke in the non-smoking room, there will be a $1000 cleaning fee.

*DINING ROOM DRESS CODE:  We want you to relax and enjoy yourselves while you are here and therefore our dining room has a ‘smart casual’ dress code.  This means no track pants or tracksuits, no ripped clothing, no tank tops or bathing suits, no hats and no cell phones in the dining room.  Please let us know in advance if you have dietary needs so we can prepare awesomeness for you.  We need RESERVATIONS for breakfast and dinner so we can keep organized, keep our food fresh & provide efficient awesome service!!  Reservations need to be made one meal prior!  SEE the Dining page for menus and open hours.  http://www.bonnieviewinn.com/dining-lounge/
