DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION: A $100 deposit is required for a 1 or 2 night booking, $200 is required per room for a 3-7 night booking. (A $50 deposit is required for special rates season). As is the policy with most seasonal resort hotels, guests who leave before the confirmed departure date are responsible for the full payment of their original booking should the room remain unsold. Deposits will be refunded if the request is made 21 days in advance of the arrival date, less a $40 administration fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, you will be charged for one night of the stay booked. Accommodations are guaranteed with deposits on MasterCard, Visa, Amex or a cheque if time allows. On departure, final payment can be made by credit or debit card, but not with a personal cheque.
RATES: All rates are per person based on double occupancy for the period shown. They include dinner and breakfast daily, chosen from a full gourmet menu, daily maid service and available activities of the season. Weekends and summer rates have a 2-night minimum; holiday weekends have a 3-night minimum. All accommodations have a required adult minimum charge. Two-bedroom chalets have a 3 adult minimum charge & the three-bedroom has a 5 adult minimum charge.
SINGLE ADULT OCCUPANCY; our rates are made based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is available in our inn rooms by adding 40%.
ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO 13% HST AND 10% SERVICE.
MEALS MISSED: There is no credit for meals missed, unless we know a day in advance.
PACKAGE LIABILITY: The Bonnie View Inn shall not become liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
PETS: We enjoy pets but unfortunately we cannot accept them. For information on boarding your pet nearby, please contact our reservations department.
HOUSE SERVICE CHARGE: 10% is added to the rates and other items charged to your account. Tipping is not necessary as our dining room staff is paid on a bonus system but guests are welcome to tip for above normal service.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: Indoor spaces in the main lodge are non-smoking. All of our accommodations are also non-smoking. Please help us to keep non smoking rooms smoke free. If you do decide to smoke in the non-smoking room, there will be a $200 cleaning fee.
DINING ROOM DRESS CODE: We want you to relax and enjoy yourselves while you are here and therefore our dining room has a ‘smart casual’ dress code. This means no track pants or tracksuits, no ripped clothing, no tank tops or bathing suits, no hats and no cell phones in the dining room.
OUR ACCOMMODATIONS ALL HAVE – Satellite TV, Bar fridge, Kettle, Iron/Board, shampoo/soap, hairdryer, glasses/mugs. There are no phones in our rooms (2 payphones in the front lobby).
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in is 3:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. If the room is ready after 12 an early check in is possible! Please do not arrive until after 12PM, we will not be ready for you earlier!

Any personal information that you provide when visiting this web site will be used for the sole purpose for which it was collected but be assured that this information will never be sold, traded or loaned to anyone unless you give us specific permission to do so.
We may also use your information to contact you when necessary for the administration of your account. As well, we use your email address as a unique identifier in our record system to verify communications from you and to deploy newsletters and promotional offerings.
