Your dinner includes one appetizer, one entrée, Tea or Coffee, a non alcoholic drink and dessert from the in house menu. Items on this menu that have a price are an extra charge. You can room charge this.

Gazpacho Soup
Chilled plum tomato and pepper puree with mild chilli spice.


Chef's Daily Soup
A daily creation from a complimenting mix of fresh ingredients.

Feta Salad
Fresh mesculin greens, feta cheese, toasted piennuts nad balsamic emulsion.

Leaf Salad
Leaves of frissee, radicchio and curly leaf lettuce with asiago chip, green onion and this evenings dressing.

Caesar Salad
Crisp hearts of romaine, herb croutons mixed in traditional garlic cream dressing.
Add pancetta julienne for $3.00 or a grilled shrimp skewer for $5.00

Tomato Bocconcini
Fanned layers of field tomatoes and fresh mozzarella with sprinkled breading and champagne herb vinaigrette.

Shrimp Cocotte
Garlic simmered tiger shrimp, roasted in butter and topped with mozzarella au gratin - $4.00

Escargot Bourguignon
Roasted escargot in white wine pesto butter.

Baked Brie
Creamy Brie cheese folded in flaky puff pastry with frissee and strawberry compote - $2.00

Sesame Crusted Salmon
Boneless steelhead filet, pan fried with sesame seeds and honey lime butter.

Ahi Tuna
Grilled rare filet with wasabi rub and citrus beurre blanc.

Baked with lemon and sliced almond glaze.

Sirloin and Shrimp Ricotta ***
Shrimp and ricotta filled sirloin roast with mesquite essence, onion rub and fresh pan jus reduction.

Grilled Black Angus steak with seven spice seasoning and shallot port sauce.

Chive roasted lobster tail with our 6 ounce Angus striploin - $20.00.

Ribeye Steak
12 ounce cut ribeye with stilton, leek and sundried tomato ragout - $8.00.

Rack of Lamb
Roasted rack with northern forest mushroom crust, roast garlic and mint demi glaze - $15.00.

Veal Chop
Grilled 10 ounce ribchop with grain mustard cream - $10.00.

Your meal plan includes one Appetizer, one Entree, tea / coffee or a soft drink and a dessert from the Rainbow Menu.

Items with a price, drinks from the bar, and dessert from the moon menu are an extra charge. If you order more than one appetizer, the second appetizer would be full regular menu price. If you order an extra entrée it would be full regular menu price.
