Chef Monte Miscio has been with The Bonnie View
Inn for the last ten years. Monte has made the cuisine famous
with his artistic flair and satisfying tastes and aromas.
Guests return year after year to experience the meals that
Monte has been preparing all year long.
All food at The Bonnie View
Inn Resort is carefully prepared by Monte. As Executive
Chef at The Bonnie View Inn, Monte directs the operations
of the kitchen and a staff who serve the resort's banquets,
room service, and main restaurant. As a Certified Red Seal
Chef Monte is continually upgrading his skills and efforts
to bring the guests at The Bonnie View the best cuisine
the Haliburton Highlands has to offer. Through correspondence
Monte graduated with his DIETETIC ASSISTANT from the Granton
Institute in Toronto in the summer of 2000. He utilizes
his certification to make healthy choices in his preperation
of meals and is able to offer guests with certain dietetic
needs special meals. Currently Monte is enrolled in a CERTIFIED
CHEF DE CUISINE(C.C.C.) course at Humber College and we
are all behind him to pass the exams in the spring of 2004.
Monte is also an active member of the Canadian Federation
of Chefs and Cooks (C.F.C.C)
